Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your MotoRoadies account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open MotoRoadies and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By request

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@motoroadies.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, photo, phone).
• All trips, routes, GPS tracks, driving events, and safety scores.
• Your ride Stories, saved Places, wishlist, and any photos you uploaded.
• Your Trails: every trail, all its photos (including the stored image files), the likes on them, your likes on other riders’ trails, and your Trails usage events.
• Your Feedback Wall ideas and votes, ride plans, ride requests and matches, RSVPs, group-ride participation, SOS history, push notification registrations, and notification settings.
• Reports you made, and any moderation records about you.
• Your group memberships, group profiles, and group posts. Groups with no remaining members are removed.
• Your subscription event history on our systems and, where applicable, your RevenueCat customer record.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where we are legally required to (for example, tax or accounting records relating to a purchase). Any retained data is minimised and is not used to identify or contact you.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active MotoRoadies Pro subscription — that is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings before or after deleting your account.
